Gulfview II Policy & Procedures

Minimum Stay
We rent the Gulfview II condos on a 3-night minimum and in some cases, a 7-night minimum.

Advance Deposit and Reservations
For condo rentals, an advance rental payment of 25% of the total rent is required to reserve the condo. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for payment. For a reservation of 30 nights or more, an additional $300.00 is required and is non-refundable. Full payment of the remaining 75% of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 30 day cancellation period for a refund of your advanced payment less $50.00 administration fee. If you cancel your reservation after the 30 day cancellation period, then the money you paid is non-refundable.

Check-In Time
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day you are departing. There will be a fee for late departures.

Housekeeping
We have not included the cost of daily maid services in our rental rates. Our customers have expressed to us they do not want to be disturbed during their stay and do not want to pay for a service tat they do not want or need. Your condo is provided with fresh towels and linens. There are washers and dryers on the 2nd floor, if needed. Please take your trash out daily and as you depart to the outside dumpsters located at the entrance of Gulfview II.

Condition of Property
We have tried to describe Gulfview II condos and furnishings as accurately as possible. We also make every effort to keep the property and its equipment in working order and to make repairs as soon as possible when we are notified of a problem. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for mechanical failures, such as air-conditioning, television, or appliances.

Keys
Keys are provided at the Gulfview II at your room door lockbox or they will be mailed to you.

Items to Bring
You will need to bring your own beach towels, soap and other personal hygiene needs, paper products, food, and condiments.

Pets
No pets allowed. We love pets but there are no accommodations for them in our condos.

Smoking
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside of the condo. You may smoke outside on the balcony but please keep the balcony clean. There is an additional fee of $500.00 for cleaning and damages for those guests found to have smoked inside our condos.
